Today, great brands are defined from the ‘inside out', and most often by employee communications and actions throughout the organization. If the employee base does not understand the essence of the brand, it is impossible for external audiences to have a clear idea. Creating brand alignment within an organization is one of the best ways to ensure that the correct external perceptions are created.
BrandTaxi creates Brand Engagement and Brand Ambassador programs to help organizations inculcate the brand within the organization. We work with senior management, HR, training departments, and others to develop the appropriate brand training from the moment of hiring (e.g., orientation) to on-going training as part of other organizational initiatives.
